The Average Wrestling Match is Being Brought to New Heights, Literally!
Everything you thought you knew about wrestling is about to change because in order to get into the ring with these wrestlers, you have to be under 5-feet-tall.
This form of wrestling is known as “microwrestling.” The Micro Wrestling Federation puts on several shows throughout the year and Hub City locals will be lucky enough to have the opportunity to attend one. Each show features the six “dwarf’ wrestlers with many different events throughout the night, such as two single matches, a micro bar brawl, a fatal four way, and much more!
Hub City reporter, Ty Jimison, caught up with one of the star wrestlers. Daktoa Hensley, also referred to as “Bam Bam” on stage, said “I have been training since I was five years old because my dad is one of the founders of this company, but most of these wrestlers have only been training a year.”

In the meantime, if you would like to purchase tickets for the event you can head on over to their website or on their facebook page. The show will be held on February 8th and doors open at 9pm at the Dollar Box Showroom. The event is restricted to 18 and up.
